yes i am sure because of two reasons: 1) they arent able to change their passwords, i have the master list, and 2) i have tried using their password in other applications that authenticate against AD such as Outlook Web Access and it works fine. The only time the username/password doesnt work is inside of Moodle. Actually, their account even works with an old Moodle 1.x installation we have, just not our Moodle 2.x installation. Also, i should re-iterate there are accounts which do work and those which do not. But all of the accounts (working and non-working) were created at the same time in the same bulk operation, cannot change passwords, passwords never expire, no login restrictions, and work fine with other LDAP apps. How do i troubleshoot further?
