I am running the latest stable build of Moodle 2.6.3.
We use self-registration to add new users to the system. On the signup form, we would like users to specify their cellphone numbers, however, setting either the "Phone 1" or "Phone 2" field options to "Unlocked" for this module does nothing at all - the form only asks for username, password, first name, last name, and password.
What's worse, setting any of the other fields to either Locked or Unlocked does nothing at all to change the form either. Purging caches does not solve the issue.
What can we do to troubleshoot this?
