I started using LDAP auth in Moodle around 2005/6/7 and have written posts here in these forums. Simply enable the LDAP plugin in the Admin-Block->Plugins->Authentication->Manage authentication->LDAP-Server
If you need concrete settings for the fields let me know and I will file you samples here. But Marcus is right: you should have been able to find them in these forums on your own.
