I wonder if anyone can help.
When I create a new account using Manual Accounts it is sending the same generic password to every user even if I input a password manually and do not check the box to generate password and notify user.
It is vital for us that the users do not get an email if we create the password for them ourselves as in these instances the accounts are for users taking an exam and will be given their login credentials on the day.
I am at a loss to see where the generic email is being generated and why it is being sent to the user when we specifically uncheck the box that sends notification
This is a transcript of the email that is being sent:
Hello mini me, We have created an account in your name on xxxxxxxx
Your New user Password is xxxxxxxx
Upon login you will be forced to change your password.
Please note your account will expire at the end of the course that you are registered on.
If I set it generate an email and password then the text of the mail is completely different
