Certainly it is not that simple to fix the problem since everything dealing with site registration depends on that system, which is not of any more practical alternative. On the other hand, I am dubious about file permissions on the server side because as it is clear from the outputs that I have encountered the system accept the registration over SMTP but the system does not allow any data to write on the database. I am currently away from the place where the system servers are located and I can not have any access out of the school so I am going to check the file permissions over "user file" (I guess "777" should be determined by means of database system.) I will share my experience if that works.
