unique log in plug in for version 2.8.3

Hi!

Good Day from the Philippines!

I would like to know if there is already a version of the "unique log in" plug in for moodle version 2.8.3 that prevents multiple log ins using a single user credentials.

This is an issue since students/participants can share user credentials. It is an issue for my current client.
