Hi,
I'm not really sure which way you expect Moodle to refresh things. Do you expect Moodle to update user details like first name, last name, email, etc? Or are you talking about creating the users in Moodle that exist in LDAP? Or something completely different?
Also, do you expect Moodle to refresh those things when the users log in? Or do you expect Moodle to do it even if they don't log in (or before they even try to log in)?
Because depending on what you expect, you need to do / configure different things in Moodle.
