We recently upgraded our site to 2.8.7 with the saml plugin version 2014112401. We are using saml to authenticate against active directory using adfs. Since the upgrade when ever we try to logout from internal domain joined computers we get redirected and logged back in. Off site systems don't have this issue but no longer receive a logout message, just a login prompt. Is there a way to specify the page to be loaded after logout and how would that be set?
