but i'm blocking on this subject more than 2 weeks

I specified the IP of the Postgresql server in the serveur field without specify postgres port and I unchecked Sybase quoting mode with Postgresql.
notice : i use postgres and moodle in different server.

but i still have the same problem

for the white page i got it just when i use authentifiacation with external database
