Hello Mayur. Are you using the manual enrollment method? To my knowledge Moodle, even in latest version 3, does not have a feature to send email for manual enrollment notification.
My company has actually developed a small plugin which can send email notification to users when manual enrollment occurs. Let me know if you might be interested.
