Mine too. It's interesting to see Locked/Unlocked/Unlocked if empty function is working in one of my sites and not in the other. Both of the sites have same moodle version: 2.6.1, same hosting and I am using the same theme in both. I checked the settings in each one; same setting. Yet, users can edit their profile fields even if I change the setting to 'Locked' and 'Locked if empty'. What could possibly have gone wrong?
