Add user fields to registration

Hi, I'd like to add some additional user fields in Moodle to the email-based self-registration page. Right now, the only fields that appear are Username, Password, Email address, First name, Surname, City/town, and Country. I'd like to add Mobile phone and Address. These are already standard Moodle profile fields. How do I make them appear on the registration page without having to create custom fields? Thanks.
