Office365 OpenID creates new Moodle user?

Hi,

Is it possible that changing authentication from ldap to OpenID, Moodle creates new user account and when this happens?

Usually changing auth mode works correctly, Moodle doesn't create new account when user starts to use OpenID but few times it had happened.

Ldap username is firstname.lastname and OpenID username firstname.lastname@domain.fi
