I'm using the latest moodle 2.3.x. I search for other guides but none of the PHP files mentioned exist with version 2.3, those guides and howtos were written for 1.9, and they haven't been updated for 2.x.
EX.
editlib.php doesn't exist. $mform->addRule only exists for one filed in the existing files, so locating the right code has been a little tough.
