Dear All,
I have a requirement of suspending those moodle users who are either deleted or suspended on AD.
Changing setting of LDAP to suspend AD deleted users and Enabling the LDAP users sync job is the answer.
But there is a problem of LDAP creating/syncing new users which are not present in moodle database.
I donot want that, what i want is to only sync the user states which are present on the moodle database.
A search indicates \auth\ldap\auth.php has the code under the function sync_users($do_updates=true). If I keep only (under sync_users function) the code of
/// Define table user to be created
/// User removal
/// Revive suspended users
Will it now only sync the user state?
Will normal LDAP login work after this commenting of code?
