We are using Moodle 2.4.3, and the browsers are a variety of Firefox, Safari and Explorer.
The problem is that the behaviour is odd and inconsistent. Upon opening our moodle site, another user appears to be logged in, yet often you cannot then do anything - any click on a course takes you to a login screen. Trying to log in here does not work, and a refresh takes you back to the other user's home page.
I might try reducing session times - but it feels like something else is an issue. I wished I knew more about cookies etc...
