Two step authentication with Google Authenticator

Anyone know of case where someone is using Google authenticator two factor rolling pin authentication with Moodle (without Google apps)?

There is a PHP library for this, but I can't seem to find anything here on whether an attempt has been made to add this as a plugin/block to Moodle yet?

If nothing exists now, would there be interest in getting such a block/plugin written?
