Users moving from Manual to LDAP - what is best practice?

Hi,

I'm about to kick off a small pilot of Moodle using 30 or so users with manual accounts ahead of us buying in an MIS integration package that will run in conjunction with LDAP authentication.

This group of users will be using Asssignments and possibly contributing to Glossary, Wiki and Forums.

Am I heading into a whole lot of hassle when our MIS/LDAP authentication rolls out and I want to move the authentication method for these users and keep their work and contributions?
